Shipping and Local Delivery
We do local delivery to the area that postal code begins with V5, V6 and V7 (not to the area of V7 in Sechelt). For other areas, we ship using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel delivery services or other courier services.
We ship only inside Canada. Please contact us at info@coconama.com for the shipping to the United States and Japan.
No shipping items
We unfortunately do not ship products wrapped in a basket, and tarts product as we want our chocolates to arrive in the same condition as they leave our shop. If those products are in your cart, you will have an alert or see local delivery option when the destination is our local delivery area.
Processing Time for Shipping
Orders are shipped out within 1-5 days of receipt of payment confirmation; however, we don't do on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid chocolates sitting in shipping warehouses over the weekend. For express shipping, please contact us before your order.
Shipping Method
We ship orders with Canada Post's Expedited Parcel delivery services or other courier services. Once your order is processed, we will confirm completion by email with the tracking number.
Shipping in warm weather
During the warm weather months (May through September, depends on the weather), we unfortunately do not process shipping orders during that time period. We recommend waiting until autumn when temperatures are cooler to place your order. Pickup and local delivery orders are available all through the year.
Processing Time for Local Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 1-7 days depends on the area. Please let us know the delivery instruction if any at the checkout. We'll contact you before delivery to confirm if you/somebody can receive the order. In case of that your order is purchased as a gift, please provide contact information of the recipient.
We cannot accept the date and time specified. If you'd like to know when your order will be delivered, please contact us at 604-770-1200 before you order.
We deliver only once. If the delivery will be the second time, you will be charged additional $20. Please ensure that the information for the delivery is complete and accurate to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Shipping and Delivery Cost
When you order special package including the shipping fee, you don't have to worry about that. Some items are available on the site during shipping is available.
Free shipping is available with the purchase of $80 or more only inside Canada. Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout on orders under above amount.
For Local delivery (to the area that postal code begins with V5, V6 and V7), $20 will be charged with the purchase less than $60. Local delivery is not eligible to the area of V7 in Sechelt.
