Storage and Expire period

COCONAMA (truffles)
Please keep refrigerated. The expire period is 1 month in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer. For Coconama gift boxes (8, 24, 48 or 72pcs) last 2 months in the fridge. If you put them in the freezer, to use a zipper bag is recommended.

COCOBAR, COCOLABO, COCOBARK, No sugar added
Please keep away from sunshine and store in a cool, dry place. You don’t need to put them in the fridge. It lasts 9-12 months at room temp.

We ship only inside Canada.

Free shipping is available on orders of $80 or more across Canada. During the warm weather months (May through September, depends on the weather), we unfortunately do not process shipping orders during that time period.

Workshop cancellation policy

**Workshop Cancellation Policy**

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

**Participant Cancellations:**

- Cancellations made **more than 48 hours before** the workshop will receive a **full refund**.
- Cancellations made **within 48 hours** of the workshop are **non-refundable**.
- If you are unable to attend, you may **transfer your spot to another person** by notifying us in advance.

**Organizer Cancellations:**

- If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a **full refund**.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
